Last updated: May 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of the ThreatLynx website and services. By accessing the platform or submitting forms, you agree to these terms.

Service description

ThreatLynx provides software for shadow IT discovery, OAuth visibility, and SaaS governance across cloud identity providers. Features may change as the service evolves; we will communicate material changes when practical.

Accounts & access

You must use accurate information when registering or requesting access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of credentials issued to you.

Sign-in is provided through Google or Microsoft OAuth via NextAuth. Your use of those providers’ services remains subject to their terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use ThreatLynx in violation of applicable law.

You must have authority to connect workspace tenants and to process data about users and applications within those tenants.

Data & confidentiality

You retain ownership of data you submit. We process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Both parties will protect confidential information shared during the engagement using reasonable care.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreatLynx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate access according to the subscription or trial agreement. Upon termination, we will handle data retention and deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
